Women's Wear (sizing and care instructions)

This first range of women's clothing from Kenya uses an Australian industry standard sizing system and as such may seem on the small side when compared to other similarly sized garments in the fashion industry.  If in doubt about sizing please contact us or order the next size up.

The clothing range is made from a natural fibre (100% cotton) and so we recommend that you hand wash these garments in cold water to minimise skrinkage.  Line dry and then use a med/hot iron.

Terms & Conditions - One Colour

1. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST
2. All prices exclude postage (see Postage and Delivery for further information)
3. Goods will be dispatched on confirmation of payment from eWAY.
4. One Colour uses the secure shopping cart and payment options of eWAY to process all transactions on line.
5. Every effort is made to ensure that all goods featured on the website are available at all times.  If you order a product but it is not available we will contact you immediately to discuss alternative options.
6. Please be aware that although every effort is made to provide accurate colours for products, colours may vary between computer monitors.
7. Often our items are hand-crafted and carry with them a uniqueness of character.  Please take this into consideration when placing your order.  If you have any concerns, contact us directly.
   

Refund Policy

If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please return it in re-saleable condition with proof of purchase within fourteen (14) days of purchase to the One Colour office and you will receive a full refund or exchange of item.  One Colour will not pay postage on returned item unless the wrong item was sent or it was damaged in transit to you.

Postage and Delivery

There is a flat fee of $6.00 for all orders posted within Australia using Australia Post.  If goods need to be couriered or posted overseas then separate arrangements and charges will apply.  Overseas orders will be approved and sent on a case by case basis.

Orders will be dispatched within 2-5 business days.  Please contact us if the order is urgent and every effort will be made to comply with your request.
