Terms & Conditions - One Colour

1. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST
2. All prices exclude postage (see Postage and Delivery for further information)
3. Goods will be dispatched on confirmation of payment from eWAY.
4. One Colour uses the secure shopping cart and payment options of eWAY to process all transactions on line.
5. Every effort is made to ensure that all goods featured on the website are available at all times.  If you order a product but it is not available we will contact you immediately to discuss alternative options.
6. Please be aware that although every effort is made to provide accurate colours for products, colours may vary between computer monitors.

Refund Policy

If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please return it in re-saleable condition with proof of purchase within fourteen (14) days of purchase to the One Colour office and you will receive a full refund or exchange of item.  One Colour will not pay postage on returned item unless the wrong item was sent or it was damaged in transit to you.

Postage and Delivery

The One Colour office is in Brisbane and all items will be dispatched from there via Australia Post, unless otherwise specified.  Postage costs will be calculated according to the size and weight of your purchase and your location, with a minimum postage fee of $6.50.

Orders will be dispatched within 2-5 business days.  Please contact us if the order is urgent and every effort will be made to comply with your request.
